Rules in accordance with updated Decree Law nº 10 - I / 2020 of 26 March
1 - Does the rescheduling of EDPCOOLJAZZ imply the replacement of tickets already bought?
It is not necessary to make the exchange. Tickets issued for concert dates in 2021 are valid for the new date in 2022 (new dates to be announced soon).
2 - What are the rights to the holders of tickets for EDPCOOLJAZZ scheduled for 2020 and carried over to 2022?
The holders of tickets for EDPCOOLJAZZ 2020 and 2021 are entitled to request a refund of the respective price within 14 working days from the date scheduled for the event in 2021. The return of the value must be requested at the place where you purchased the ticket from April 9, 2021 to April 28, 2021.

If they do not request a refund within the referred period, ticket holders are deemed to have accepted the rescheduling of the show, without the right to a refund of the amount, and the ticket is valid for 2022.

3 - What are the rights to the voucher holders of the non-realization of EDPCOOLJAZZ in 2020?
The holders of vouchers issued with an expiration date until December 31, 2021 must request the refund of their value in the first 14 working days of the year 2022, in the period from January 3, 2022 to January 20, 2022.
If they do not request a refund within the referred period, the voucher will be valid until December 31, 2022.
4 - What are the characteristics of the voucher issued to the ID NO LIMITS ticket holder?
The voucher has the following characteristics:
The voucher is issued to the ticket holder and is transferable to third parties.
It is valid until December 31, 2021.
he holders of vouchers issued with an expiration date until December 31, 2021 must request a refund of their value within the first 14 working days of the year 2022, at the place where they purchased the ticket.
If they do not request a refund within the referred period, the voucher will be valid until December 31, 2022.
It can be used to purchase tickets for the same show to be held on a new date or for other events held by the promoter LIVE EXPERIENCES.
Maintains the insurance that was contracted at the time of purchasing the ticket.
5 - If the voucher is not used, is the holder entitled to a refund?
If the voucher is not used by December 31 of the respective validity year, the holder is entitled to a refund of the voucher, to be requested within 14 working days, at the place where the ticket was purchased.
6 - What happens when the value of the voucher is different from the value of the ticket for other events held by the promoter?
When the value of the voucher is higher than the value of the ticket for another event held by the promoter, the remaining value can be used to purchase tickets for other events of the same promoter.
When the value of the voucher is lower than the ticket value for another event held by the promoter, it can be used as a part of the payment of the ticket.

VOUCHERS - RULES ACCORDING TO LAW 19/2020 of 29 May 2020
• The voucher request must be made at the point of sale where the ticket was purchased.
• The ticket must be exchanged for a voucher until January 31, 2021 (applicable to all festival concerts)
• Ticket holders are entitled to issue a voucher of equal value to the ticket price.
• The voucher will be issued to the ticket holder and is transferable to third parties by mere tradition. It is valid until December 31, 2021.

However, they may choose to purchase tickets for other audiences and it's possible only remain on the side of the chosen audience, or may opt for the audience standing, recommending in this case the arrival to the door opening time indicated in each concert, in order to ensure a place with better visibility.
